Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only if requested within the first 24 hours of purchasing a custom itinerary (applicable only till the preferences discussion has not started). Generally, refunds are not provided; however, in extraordinary cases where you have purchased the same service multiple times, we may consider issuing a refund. The company retains sole discretion to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process
If we approve a refund, it will be processed within 24-48 hours. Please note that third-party payment gateways may take an additional 3-5 business days to credit the amount back to your account.
Please be aware that refunds will not be issued if you wish to alter the type of service provided. Instead, we may adjust the service with the existing amount remitted to us, at our discretion.
In the event that your itinerary PDF becomes corrupted or requires replacement during normal use, you can download it again from your order notification email. Alternatively, you may contact us via WhatsApp at +91-9103 802 603 along with your Order ID. We will assess each request on a case-by-case basis to determine if a new itinerary can be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain fees and services, and all 3rd part services such as flights, stays, transportation, experience and others are 100% Non Refundable.
Cancellation Policy
As a customer, please note that cancellations on general grounds are not permitted. However, the company retains the discretion to consider extraordinary circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
We strive for accuracy in our service specifications and pricing; however, due to potential technical issues, typographical errors, or incorrect information provided by third parties, discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will inform you promptly once the error is identified.
To ensure a safe and trustworthy environment, we maintain a list of fraudulent transactions and non-compliant users. We reserve the right to deny access to our services or cancel any future bookings made by such users at our discretion.

Destination Confirmation
A destination is confirmed during our initial discussion where we explore your preferences and budget to finalize the perfect choice. Once the destination is confirmed, an itinerary will be created specifically for that location. Please note that any changes to the destination will be treated as a new order. However, we allow up to 2 iterations on the itinerary
Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full before planning starts. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.
Liability
Crafted Travel Plans is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your travel. We act as an intermediary between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) and are not responsible for their actions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
Shipping and Delivery
Please note that Crafted Travel Plans specializes in providing travel and tourism services, including the development of custom travel itineraries and booking assistance. As our offerings are service-based and delivered electronically, no physical products are shipped.
Service Delivery
- Electronic Delivery: All travel itineraries, booking confirmations, and related travel documents are delivered electronically via email or through our secure client portal.
- Timeline: Upon confirmation of your travel service request, you will receive your custom itinerary and associated documents within 7 business days. Any delay in receiving documents due to technical issues or third-party processing will be communicated promptly
No Physical Shipment
- Crafted Travel Plans does not ship physical goods. The term “delivery” in these terms refers solely to the electronic transmission of our services and documentation.
- Any physical documentation, if requested as a courtesy, may be provided at an additional cost and will be subject to separate shipping terms.
Third-Party Services
- When our services involve making travel bookings (e.g., flights, accommodations, or tours), the final confirmation and delivery of these travel arrangements are managed directly by third-party providers.
- Crafted Travel Plans acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the shipping, delivery, or any delays associated with third-party service providers.
Limitation of Liability
- Crafted Travel Plans is not liable for any delays, interruptions, or failures in electronic delivery that are beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, network issues, or third-party delays.
- Our liability for any claims arising from service delivery shall be limited to the fees paid for the affected services. Any claim must be submitted in writing within 3 days of our service delivery date.
Customer Responsibilities

- It is your responsibility to ensure that your email filters or firewalls do not block communications from Crafted Travel Plans.
